How do I start a live chat?
To start a live chat click on the chat icon in the bottom right-corner of the page (‘How can we help’) and select the topic which best reflects what you would like to discuss
How do I book a video appointment?
To book a video appointment click on the blue ‘Book appointment’ button and select the date and time you’d like to book. After selecting confirm please provide your name, email address and an overview of what you’d like to discuss with our expert. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you’ve provided.
How do I prepare for my video call?
For your appointment we recommend you have the piece of equipment you’d like to discuss with you set up and ready (if this is relevant for your call). Make sure you are in a well lit room so the agent can see you and your device is connected to the internet. If you need to ask our agent questions without showing them your product you can turn your video off, however if you need to show the agent a specific part of your camera or printer you will need to have the video switched on.
Do I need a microphone and headphones for my call?
For the best experience we recommend you use headphones with a microphone but you can still join the call without them.
What do I do if I lose internet connection on my video call booking?
If you lose internet connection during your video appointment click on the chat link provided by our agent in the chat section of your call and this will enable you to speak directly with the agent so they can set the call back up. You can also find this link in your confirmation email.
I am running late for my video appointment, what to do I do?
We will hold your appointment for 15 minutes. If you do not join the call after this time the appointment will be cancelled and you will need to rebook.
What do I do if I need to reschedule or cancel my video call booking?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you can do this via your confirmation email.
