Supported Printers can connect natively to Universal Print as long you have a valid Microsoft 365 subscription. No local Windows or manufacturer driver or additional user software is required.
For devices that are unable to connect natively, Microsoft offer a Universal Print Connector providing a Windows application that connects legacy devices to Universal Print.
