The Story

Hampshire County Council, the third largest two-tier council in England, serves 1.4 million citizens and managers a £2.6 billion budget for services in Social Care, Health, Education, Transport, and Environment.

Hampshire's scale presents distinct challenges. To earn revenue from digital and print services, the Council collaborates with local organisations like Hampshire Constabulary.

Hampshire leads rather than follows. The COVID-19 pandemic and cost-of-living crisis have increased service demand, with limited resources, highlighting the need for a forward-thinking approach.

Learn how Hampshire County Council cut printing costs, boosted productivity, and reduced IT overheads by migrating to the cloud, driven by security and the need for an agile workspace.
